This mortgage secures (1) the promissory note abo~~e recited; (2) all future advances as hereinafter provided for, that
subsequendy may be made to first party (or to any one or more of the parties designated herein as first party with the
written consent of the remainder of said parties) by second party; (3) all other indebtedness of fust party, (or one or more of
them), to second party now due or to become due under the terms of this instrument, the above recited note, any future
advance note, or other evidence of indebtedness secured hereby and all renewals, reamortizations, extensions, deferments or
other rearrangements of any indebtedness secured hereby, together with interest thereon as provided for. ~
NOW, KNOW ALL hlEN, that Grst party, in consideration of the debt as evidenced by above described note, and for !
better securing the payment thereof to second party, according to the terms of said note, and the performance of the I
conditions and covenants herein contained and to secure any other indebtedness of fust party to second party as
contemplated under the ter~ hereof and also in consideration of the sum of One Dollar to first party in hand paid by second ~
pazty, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bazgained, sold and released, 'in fee simple, and by these presents I
does grant, bargain, sell and celease, in fee simple, unto second party, its successors and assigns, the following described lands, f

roadway and dike easemenC lying equally on each side of the center line of the road

17 and 18, To~mship 34 South, Range 39 East, and Sections 13, 14 and the E 1/2 of I
Section 15, ToWnship 34 South, Range 38 East, said easement beginning at the end of
the public road co~oaly known as "Indrio Road" and mm~ing West through said Sections I
as above described to connect and ~oin with the dike and road located in the West 75
feet of the S 1/2 of the E 1/4 of Sectioa 15, Township 34 South, Range 38 East; (4) ~
~ flo~rage and drainage rights and licenses for co~,oa user as granted by instruments
