gagee shall receive a rst ien on eac portion o t e mortgaged
property as it is released from the lien of a prior mortgage, ex-
cept to the extent that said releases are made in connection with
the sale of the portion to be released.
4.07 Partial Releases. In the event no default exists
under the Note, t is Mortgage, or the Loan Agreement, Mortgagee
shall make partial releases from the lien hereof in accordance
with the terms of the Loan Agreement.
