~ fore full payment of th~s mortgage and notes secured hereby, make further advances to the Mortgagor and any such
further advances, w~th inrerest, shall be secured by this mortgage and shall be evidenced by an add~tional note then
~ unpaid, and the total amoum of indebtedness that may be sewred by this mortgage may decrease or increase from time
;r~ to time, but the total unpaid balance so setured at any one Iime shall not exteed the max~mum princ~pal sum of
