SUBORDINATION AGI2EEMENT

WHEREAS, the undersigned is the manager and oper- ~
ator of certain citrus groves owned by various other ~
~
parties pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth
~
in a certain management agreement, an abstract of which
is recorded in O R Book 161. page 201, et seq, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, under the terms of said management agree-
ment, the undersigned is entitled to a lien upon the real '
;
f
property covered by said agreement to secure payment for
;
services rendered by the undersigned, etc., and
WHLREAS, one of the owners of property covered by ~
said management agreement has requested of the under-
~
signed that any lien rignts it may have be subordinated
t
to a certain loan from The Federal Land Bank of Columbia; ;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of Ten Dollars j
($10.00) paid to the undersigned and other good and
valuable considerations, the undersigned does hereby sub-
ordinate any lien rights it may have under the aforesaid `
management and operating agreement, or under any statute, ;

to the lien and operation arid indebtedness secured by
that certain mortgage deed given by Gower Champion and
Marge Champion, his wife, to The Federal Land Bank of
Columbia, the same beinq dated the 22nd day of February .
