SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the undersigned is the owner and holder of
that certain mortgage from Kaplan's Fruit & Produce Company,
Inc. dated September 23, 1963 and recorded in O. R. Book 72,
page 702 as modified by instrument dated March 17, 1964 and
recorded in O. R. Book 83, page 447, public records of St. ~
Lucie County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, the present owner of the property encumbered '
by said mortgage has requested of the undersigned that it ~
be subordinated to a certain loan from The Federal Land Bank ~

of Columbia; t
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
paid to the undersigned and other good and valuable consid-
erations, the undersigned owner and holder of the above
refErenced first mortgage does hereby subordinate the lien '
and operation of said mortgage to the lien and operation and
indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage deed given by s

Gowern Champion and Marge Champion, his wife, to The Federal
Land Bank of Columbia, the same being dated the 22nd day . ~
