the State arid County aforesaid, s$}rs :
1. That MARY LOU DEt~TS was formerly known as MARY IAU RA~iMING
D~ItPS who was subsequently MARY IAU BRANCIi aad subsequent~}r on October 19, 1970
the last said name was chsnged by dissolving the marriage from Joe Braucb and
thereby restoring her t~r• the name of MARY LOU RANMING DEMPS.
2. That prior to February 17th, 1967, MARY LOU RAHMING ~S lived
and resided in the above d~escribed property Which property was homesteaded by
her up to aad including the date of the making of this Affidavit.
3. That on October lOth, 1970 the parties acquired other property
separate arid apart from the homestead of MARY IAU RAHI~IIHG DF•NIPS and which prop-
erty Joseph Bra~nch resided in as his very o~,m, wi.th MARY LOU RAHIrIIING DF~S
- BRANCH who on the date of t~e purchase of the said property, was making her
home ~rith Joseph Brsrich arid that thereaPter, to-wit: vithin thirty (30) dqys
~ the parties separated and Joseph Braach remained in the home residing in the

k property as his homestead during that portion of the year of 1971 during which

he homesteaded the property.
4. That JOSEPH BRANCH on the date of October 10, 1970 agreed in a
settlement agreement that the said JOSEPH BRANCH vas entitled to the exc~usive
use of the property formerly by-them occupied as the homestead and provided
~tu~ther that MARY IAU RAHMING DE~S BRANCH vas released from sr~y obligation aud
her divorce became final and that the property described as Lot 1, BROoWN'S

~ ADDITION TO HILLSIDE SUBDIVISION, e.s per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 8,
~ page 19, public records of St. Iucie County, Florida, was in no msnner referenc

in that portion of the agreement for property settlement in the divorce on the
~ ~ said October 10, 1970, included or referred to ar~y part of that property descri d

~ as Lot 1 of BROWN'S ADDITION TO HILISIDE SUBDIVISION.
