That a judgment is entered in favor of the Plaintiff against the Defendant in the sum of FOUR HUNDRED AND FORTY FOUR DOLLARS AND EIGHT CENTS , plus SEVENTEEN DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS , 2. ~Execution wili not issue if the terms of the stipulation are kept by the Defendant. 3. Upon apptication to this Court by affidavit, the Plaintiff shall be entitled to a Writ of Execution when the Defendant fails to comply with the terms of the stipulation. 4. Upon payment in fuli, the Plaintiff is ordered to notify this Court of the completion of the terms of the stipulation and he shall execute a Satisfaction of Judgment as evidence of the satisfaction of the debt. 9 DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce.
