This cause having been stipulated to and the stipulation herein fited, it is upon
CONSIDEftATIOh, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That a judgment is entered in favor of the Plaintiff against the Defendant in the sum of
THREE HUNDR~D FORTY-FIVE DOLLARS AND FIFTY-FIVE C~NT~ ,
pius_ THIRTEEN DOLLARS AND SIRTY CENTS ,
2. Execution will nat issue if the terms of the stipulation are kept by the Defendant.
3. Upon application to this Court by affidavit, the Plaintiff shall be entitled to a~'Vrit of
Execution when the Defendant fails to comply with the terms of the stipulation.
4. Upon payment in fuli, the Plaintiff is ordered to notify this Court of the completion of
the terms of the stipulation and he shall execute a Satisfaction of Judgment as evidence
of the satisfaction of the debt. -
