being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgagea:

2edged, does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and op-
eration of said mortgage unto the said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUGT ION CORPORATION its heirs
and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises con-
veyed by said mortgages, to-wit:

Ta HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, With the appurtenances, unto the said FORT PIERCE
CONSTBtT(.TION CORPORATION its heirs end assigns forever, freed, eaonerated and discharged
of and itnm the lien of said mortgages, and every part thereof; Provided always, never-
theZess, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter of diminish the
effect, lien or incumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said
mortgaged premises not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies
of the holder thereof.

there presents to be executed in its name, and its corgorate seal to be hereunto affixed,
