instarrce shall include the Mo?tgagor's heirs, executors, successors, legal rep~esentatives, and assigns, inciuding all sub-
sequent grontees, either voluntarily by act of the paNies, or involuntarily by operation of law and shall denote the
singular and/or plursl, and the masculine and/or feminine and the natu~al and/or artificial persons, whenever and
wherever the context so ~equires or admits, as parties ot ihe first part, and COMMUNITY FE~ERAL SAVINGS ANO LOAN
AS~SOCIATION OF RIVIERA BEACH, a corporation existing under the laws of the United States of Americs, hereinafter
called the Mo~tgagee, which te~m as used in every instance shall include the Mortgagee's succesaors, legel representa-
tives, and assigns, as party of the second part.
_ WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the aggregate
sum of money named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the Mortgago~ does grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and mnfirm unto fhe Mortgagee, i~ fee simple, the following deuribed
real estate, of which the Martgagor is now seized and possessed, and in actual possession, situate in the Counfy of

t fore full payme~t of this mortgage and notes secured hereby, make further advances to the Mortgagor and any such
further advances, with interest, shall be secured by this mortgage and shall be evidenced by an additional note then
unpaid, and the total amount of indebtedness that may be secured by this mortgage may dec~ease or increase f?om time
~ to time, but the totai unpaid balance so secured at any one time shall not exceed the maximum principal sum of
