them liable as makers and eadonen. ~
It is further agreed that each maker and endoner, jointlp and severally, shall pay aA costs of collection, including a reason-
able attorney's fee, on failure to pay the prinupal oi this note or any interat ther~on at maturity: This note uid aU sums due
thereunder shall bear interest at the rate of ten (10) per cent. per annum from due date until paid.
It is further agreed that each maker and endonv jointly and severally hrnby consent to any e~ctensions or nnewals or
modifications of this note or any part thereof without notice. and each maker and endorser agrees that he will remain liable as
such during any extension or renewal or modification hereof until the debt rcpraented hereby is tuUy paid.
