EXECUTOR'S DEED ~

THIS DEED, made the day of ~-~C~i2-~1 , A.D., 1973, `

FRANKEL, whose post office address is 1231 - 95th Street, Bay Harbor
Island, Miami Beach, Florida, hereinafter called the Grantee:
WITNESSETH; That the grantor, for and in consideration of the ;
sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lots 16, 17, 18 and 19, Block 20, of FORT PIERCE BEACH
SUBDIVISION, in the city of Fort Pierce, Florida, '
according to a revised plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 8, at page 29 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
TOCETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.

~ AND the said Ancillary Executrix does hereby covenant to and
with the grantee, his heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary
to and in and about said sale and this conveyance the orders of the
Circuit Court, Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, and the laws of the State of Florida have been
~ollowed and complied with in all respects.
AND the said MARY E. FORD, in her individual capacity, hereby ;
fully warrants the title to said land and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said
land is free of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent
to December 31, I972. ±
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor has hereunto set her
