sideration of Ten Dollars (a10. 00) paid to the undersigned by Martin K. Hawtharne
of 610 Old Dixie Highway, Apt. 215, in the City of Jenaen Beach, State of Florida, . i
~receipt of which is acknowledged, hereby sells, assigns, transfers, and sets over ~
unto the said Martin K. Hawthorne, his executors, administrators, and assigna,
that certain mortgage, dated March 14, 1972, executed and delivered to Kenneth C.
Hawthorne and Eleanor M. Hawthorne, his wife, as mortgagee, by Hart Parts &
Service, Inc by Albert H. Smith, President, as mortgagor, and recorded in Deed ~
R.ecord Book 200, page 1762 of the mortgage records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
on March 17, 1972, at 3: 53 o'clock, P. M. together with the promissory note secured
- ~tiereby and described therein; and all sums of money due and to become due thereon.
The undersigned covenants with said Martin K. Hawthorne, his executors,
