hereto and by reference made a part hereof.
SUBJSCT to that certain mortgage from Domenic R. DiMauro and
Lydia H. DiMauro, his wife, to First Federal Savings & Loan
Association of Ft. Pierce, dated 9/5/68, recorded in Official
Record Book 173 at page 1341 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, in the original principal amount of ~
$26,000.00, of which there is presently outstandi.ng the sum ~
of $22,598.23, which mortgage and the debt secured thereby
the grantee expressly assumes and agrees to pay.
