intereat at the rate of g'3 4 per cent per annum from date until
paid, in iristallments as follows: ~ i

cocoaence October 1, 1973, and a like sum on the corresponding

' of interest and then on the unpeid balance of the principal sum.

` A late payment charge not exceeding 5~ of the delinquent payment
; shall be added to each installment rem~?ining unpaid five days after
` its due date, and a like sum shall be edded to each such instaZl-
~ ment remaining unpaid five days efter each succeeding payanent date.
The maker reserves the right of prepayment at any time without
penalty, in whole or in part.
If any installment be not promptly paid within 30 days next after the same be-
comea due, then, at the option of the holder hereof, the fult amoant remaining due upon
this note ahall thereupon become due and payable at once, together with all other indebt-
ednesa stiputated in this note and in the mortgage given to secure the same.
~ The makers and endorsera of thia note further agree to waive notice of non-payment,
~ protest and _ demand for payment, and in case suit ahall be brought for the collection
~ hereof or the same ahall be collected upon demand of an attorney~ to pay ali expenaes
_ of such collection~ inclvding a reasonable attorney's fee thereon. .
