That portion of Lots One (1) and Two (2) lying West of the ~
60-foot road of KOBIEGARD'S SUBDIVISION~ of part of Lot Three (3) ~
of Section 21, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, as pe~ plat ~
thereof on file in Plat Book 1, at page 22, of the Public `
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
2. Thai they executed a mortgage deed to Security Federal Savings
and Loan Association of Indian River County, dated July 11, 1973 and recorded :
in Official Record Book 216, page 1741, Pubiic Records of St. lucie County,
Florida, for the purpose of providing funds for Lhe construction of their ~
new home on the above described property.
3. That the above-mentioned mortgage deed was recorded on Juiy 19, 1973
and in error a Notice of Commencement was recorded prior, on July 18, 1973•
4. That it was intended that the above m~rtgage deed be recorded
prior to the Notice of Commencement, and it is the intent of this document
to cancel and nullify the Notice of Cortmencement recorded July 1$, 1973
Official Record Book 216, page 1625, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
~ 5. That as of this date the only construction work which has

~ carmenced is the pouring of the footer, and that there have been no notices

; to owner or intent to claim liens, and there are no unpaid biils or claims

! outstanding for labor or material incident to the construction of the above
prope rty.
