1. That he is the President of the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPTRTY
OWNSRS ASSOCIATION, INC., a non-profit corporation of the State
of, Floi•ida, which has been assigned all the rigfits and reservations
of LAKTsWOOD PAAK CORPORATION, L,AKSWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTTON CORPORATION, E
and LAI{T INDRIO CORPO1tATION, said Assignment being recorded in
Official Record Book 186, page 2035 in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain
lot, block, and unit numbers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for
nonpayment of maintenance fees assessed, said A~fidavit being
recorded in Official Record Book, 177 page 2365 , Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPEBTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.,
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit
now on record against the following property, since said arrearage
