certain mortqage note and mortgage agreement, which was recorded in Officisl

County, Florida, being described as follows:

WI~:REAS, parties hereto desire to modify, an~nd and change some of the
terms and provisions of said Mortgage in order that it may set forth the
true, complete and intended agreement between the parties:
NOW, THEREFORF, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained
the parties do hereby agree as follows:
The first monthly paymen~ is shown to be due on or before the firsst day
af ~*.;•-it, ~Q73 and the final monthly payment is shown to be due

which time the entire outstanding remaining principal balance shall be paid

Except as hereby expressly modified, all the terms, covenants, conditions

remain in full force and effect.
This aqreement shall be binding upon and enure to the benefit of the
parties hereto, their respective successors, heirs and assigns.
