TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances $
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining. ~

all things in and about this conveyance the graritors have complied
with the powers vested in them under the Trust Agreement dated July 23,
1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, page 480; and that said land is free
of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,
