McBee, Jr. and Margaret H. McBee, his wife who appear as grantees in
that certain Warranty Deed dated, May 27, 1971, recorded OR Book 193,
page 1349 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Affiant further states that Bernard W. McBee, Jr, and
Margaret H. McBee, his wife are one and the same individuals, Bernard
W. McBee and Margaret H. McBee, his wife who appear as mortgagors in
that certain First Federal Savings and Loan Association mortgage of Ft.
Pierce, Florida dated June 27, 1973, recorded OR Book 215, page 2868
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
