WILHERN ANDERSON ROGERS, Husband, and BLANCHE ROGERS, Wife, be, j
and it is hereby, dissolved a vinculo and the parties, and each
of them, are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
,
therefrom. ~
ALIMONY: That the Ausband, WILHERN ANDERSON ROGERS,
shall pay to the Wife, BLANCHE ROGERS, the swn of Ten Dollars
($10.00) per week, commencing on Monday, the 23rd day of July,
1973, and continuing on Monday of each week thereafter for a total
period of three (3) years as rehabilitative alimony.
CHILD CUSTODY: That the Husband, WILAERN ANDERSON ROGERS,

shall have the permanent care, custody and control of the minor
child, DAVID E. ROGERS, aged seven (7) years; that the Wife,
BLANCHE ROGERS, shall have rights of visitation with said child
at all reasonable times, dates ancl places; that the Wife, BLANCHE
ROGERS, shall have the right to have said child visit with her over-

+ night in her home, away from the former residence of the parties

at 1600 S.W. 30th Avenue, Okeechobee, Florida, on every other
week-end, commencing on Saturday, July 28, 1973, and continuing on
every other Saturday thereafter from 10:00 o'clock A.M. on each of
said Saturdays to 5:00 o'clock P.M. on each Sunday im~aediately
following each of said Saturdays; and the Wife, BLANCHE ROGERS,
shall have the right to petition this Court for a change of custody
of said child, without prejudice, after the 18th day of December,

A. That the Husband, WILHERN ANDERSON ROGERS, shall have
the possession and use of the former residence of the parties hereto,
