that the title to said property shall remain in the names of
WILHERN ANDERSON ROGERS and BLANCHE ROGERS, as tenants in com~non.
B. That all furniture, fixtures, furnishings and
appliances now located on and in the residence property hereinabove
described as located at 1600 S.W. 30th Avenue, Okeechobee, Florida,
shall be and remain the prop t~of,the usb ~ RN ANDERS

ROGERS, and the Wife, BLANCHE ROGERS, jointly and in equal share~
C. That the Husband, WILHERN ANDERSON ROGERS, and the
Wife, BLANCHE ROGERS, shall each have the right to possession and
ownership of all their ~,ersonal effects wherever the same shall be
located.
! D. That the Lot, consisting of two (2) acres, more or

be and remain the sole property of the Wife, BLANCHE ROGERS; and
the Husband, WILHERN ANDERSON ROGERS shall forthwith execute and
deliver to~the Wife, BLANCHE ROGERS, any and all documents as may
be required by the laws of the State of Tennessee to divest and
transfer to her all of his right, title and interest in and to said
lands.
~ E. That the Lot, consisting of twelve (12y acres, more
or less, located and situated in Sevier County, State of Tennessee,
