may be required by the laws of the State of~Tennessee to divest

and transfer to him all of her right, title and interest in and to ~

said lands. ;
F. That the Lot and the buildings thereon, located and
situated on Route ~1, Walland, Blount County, State of Tennessee, ~

as described in the Petition For Dissolution Of Marriage herein,
be and remain the property of the Husband, WILHERN ANDERSON ROGERS,
and the Wife, BLANCHE ROGERS, but, henceforth, as tenants in common.
G. That the title and possession of the 1970 Chevrolet,
Stationwagon, shall be transferred forthwith to the Wife, BLANCHE
ROGERS; that the Husband, WILHERN ANDERSON ROGERS, shall forthwith
pay all costs and expenses of the repairs to said Stationwagon; ~
and that title thereto shall be transferred immediately to the Wife,

BLANCHE ROGERS, subject to any mortgage in existence prior to this ~

final judgment of dissolution of marriage.
; H. That the Husband, WILHERN ANDERSON ROGERS, shall pay

j forthwith~.the sum of ~o Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) to the

~ Wife, BLANCHE ROGERS, the same being one-half of an existing joint

~ savings account. ~
ATTORNEYS FEES AND COSTS: That the Husband, WILHERN

ANDERSON ROGERS, shall pay forthwith to Rupert Jasen Smith, Attorney ~

herein for the Wife, BLANCHE ROGERS, the sum of Three Hundred
Dollars ($300.00), as attorneys fees, excluding the sum of One
Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($125.00) previously paid to him by

the Wife, BLANCHE ROGERS, and the sum of Forty Dollars ($40.00), f
~ as costs herein.

~ RESTRAINING ORDER AND INJUNCTION: That each of the parties

~ hereto be, and they are hereby, restrained and enjoined from annoying,
