ORDER DIRECTING DISBURSEMENT
BY CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT
This matter coming on to be heard upon Report of Sa~.e and
Motion for Additional Costs and Expenses filed in this cause, alonq with
a Motion for Disbursement of Proceeds of Sale and Disbursement under the
Final Judgment entered herein, and it appearing to the Court from the
case record that the monies received in the Sale af the property consti-
tuting the subject matter of this suit should be disbursed as follows.

IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: -
1. That Roger Poitras, Clerk of the Circuit Court, make the
following disbursements to the fol2owinq persons as indicated herein:
(a) Pay to Joseph O. LaBonte, the buyer of the property
hereinconcerned, which sale is hereby confirmed by this Court, the sum of
$43.50 representing the stamps placed on the Certificate of Title issued
;
by Roger Poitras, Clerk of Circuit Court;
(b) Pay to Roger Poitras, Clerk of Circuit Court, the sum
~ of $55.00 as his statutory fee as aut:~orized by Statute from the proceeds
:
! of this sale;

F (c) Pay to C. R. McDonald, Jr. as his costs incurred in
connection with this sale, the sum of $106.50, which costs are itemized

~ in the Report of Sale filed herein;
(d) Pay to Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Association,
~ the Plaintiff, the sum of $6,071.65, representing their principal and

; interest due them as of the date of sale, along with-the attorneys fee -

F of $850.00, as provided by the Final Judgment entered herein for a total
s sum due the Plaintiff of $6,921.65 for interest, principal and attorney's
