dated September 1S, 1972, and recorded in Official Record Book 206
at page 1582 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in
the oriqinal principal amount of $89,000.00 of which there remains
unpaid the sum of $60,000.00, as modified by that certain mortgaqe
modification agreement dated July 21, 1973, and recorded in Official
Record Book ~2/~ at page of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Flori'da, which mortqage and the debt secured thereby the
