of Secta.on 33, Tocanship 35 South, Range 39 EAst; Thence run W along
the S line of the said NE 1/4 of the SW 1/~ 29S feet to a P.O.B.;
Thence continue W along the S line of the said NE 1/4 of the S~a
1/4 545 feet more or less to the center of Eleven Mile Creek; Thence
run Northeasterly with the meanderings of said ~leven riile Creek to .
the N line of the said NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4; Thence run E along the
N line of the said NE 1/~ of the SW 1/4 250 feet more or less to the
NE corner of the said NE 1/4 of the SF~ 1/4; thence run S 1,032 feet
more or less to a point that is 278 feet N of the SE-corne= of the
said NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4; Thence run HT parallel with the S Iine of
the said NE 1/4 of the Sj~T l/4 295 feet to a point; ~hence run S 278
feet more or less to the point of beginning.

35 South, Range 39 East, except that part deeded to Charles T.
McCarty and Daniel T. McCarty by warranty deed from Wright ~4.
Carlton recorded in Deed Book l, at pages 13 through 16 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; said exception being
more particularly described as follows:
"All that particular tract o~ land in tiie SE 1/4 of the
NW 1/4 of Section 33, Township 35 South, Range 39 East,
that lies P~ and S of Ten and Eleven I?iile Creeks, the
meanderings of which are platted and described on a
separate sheet which is ant~.~~xed to and made a part of
this deed; also including trie ~~T parts of said creeks to
the mid-channel; containing in all 8.86 acres, o~ which
7.42 acres are high good hammock land."

of Section 33, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, run.thence W along
the S line of said SE 1/4 of N:~i 1/4 to the mid--channel of Eleven Mi.1e
Creek; thence Northeasterly meandering the mid-channel of~- Eleven Mi1e ~
Creek and Ten Mile Creek to a point of the E line oi the SE 1/~! of
the NW 1/4 of said Section 33; thence S along the E line o~ said
SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 ta the point of beginning.•
