~ Mortgagor covenants and agrees that he will at all times properly ~i
fertilize,_ cultivate, care for and maintain in a productive ~
condition all of the grove now on said property, or hereafter ~
planted thereon, in a husbandlike manner as such groves are
~ usually kept in St. Luc're County, Florida, and it shall be ,
lawful for~tlie Mortgagees, their heirs, executors, administrators
and assigns', at all reasonable times during the continuances of ~
; this security instrument to enter upon ~aid premises for the '
(i purpose of inspecting the condition of said groves.
f~ In the event this mortgage shall become in default under any
I~ provisions contained herein for more than thirty (30) days after
