the said NE 1/4 of the Sj~T 1/4 295 feet to a point; Thence run S 278
feet more or less to the point of beginning.
PARCEL 2: All of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 33, Totanship
35 South, Range 39 East, except that part deeded to Charles T.
ricCarty and Daniel T. McCarty by ~varranty deed from Wright W.
Carlton recorded in Deed Book l, at pages 13 through 16 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; said exception b~ing -
more particularly described as follows:
"All that particular tract of land in the SE 1/4 of the
NW 1/4 of Section 33, Tow;~ship 35 South, Range 39 ~a~t,
that lies Y~ and S o~ Ten and Eleven Mile Creeks, the
meanderings of which are platted and described on a
separate sheet ~ahicl~ is ~annexed to and made a part of
this deed; also including the ~9 parts of said creeks to
the mid-channel; containing in all 8.86 acres, of which
7.42 acres are high good hammock land."
PARCEL 3: Beginning at the SE corner of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4
of Section 33, Totvnship 35 South, Range 39 East, run thence F~ along
the S line of said SE 1/4 of N4~T 1/4 to the mid--channel of Eleven Mile
i Creek; thence Northeasterly msandering the mid-channel of Eleven 2~iile
! Creek and Ten Mile Creek to a point of,the E line of the SE 1/4 of
'i the NW 1/4 of said Section 33; thence S~.lo~g the E line of said

~ AFTER December 31, 1973, Parcel 2 above shall be released from the lien and operation
~ of this Mortgage upon reduction of the principal balance of the Promissory Note secured
~ hereby to the sum of $40,000.

~ Any prepayment on the Promissory Note secured hereby.shall first be applied to acerued
- interest and then to principal and shall not extend the maturity oP any subs~quent
