in consideration of the payment to me/us by you of $1.00 and other good and valuabie consideration which

for the oonstruction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appu~tenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add •
to, change the size of or remave wch facilities or any of ihem; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, Vim and keep ctear ail trees, brush and undergrowth or other
obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, aver, upon, under, and across my/our pra
