Gentlemen:
in consideration of the payment to me/us by you of $1.00 and other good and valuable consideration which
I/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to you and your successors an easement
for the construction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities (inctuding wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appunenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remare wch facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and ..ndergrowth or other
obstructions that might endanger or interfefe with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our pro-
perty described as follows: _
The East 150 feet of the South 1Z0 feet of Lot 7, VAN DUYN GARDENS,
as recorded in Deed Book 152, Page 419, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
, An easement being more particularly described as the South 10 feet
