LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT ~

CARMEN S. J. BLAKE
I, CARMEN S. J. BLAKE, a citizen of Delray Beach, Palm Beach County,
Florida, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make, publish
and declare this to be my Last Will and Testamerrt, hereby revoking any and all
former Wills, Codicils, and letters of testamentary import by me made.
I. I direct that all my just debts due at the time of my death and all my
last illness and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my death as practicable;
all these paymertts, including Federal and State taxes, shall be made from my
residuary estate and in the everit I have no residuary estate or it is consumed,
I direct that my real estate within the corporate limits of Delray Beach, Florida
be sold ar~ the proceeds therefrom used for said purposes.
II. I hereby give, devise and bequeath all of my real estate, including all
tangible personal property therein, except jewelry and personal effects, within
li the corporate limits of Delray Beach, Florida, owned by me at the tirne of my

' death to my cousin's son, ALBIN PETFI~SON, JR. , as his sole and absolute
property, per stirpes .
III. I hereby give, devise and bequeath all of my real estate, outside the
corporate limits of Delray Beach, Florida, owned by me at the time of my death
to my deceased husband's nephew, Lt. Col. CHRISTOPHER GLVTTING, U.S.N.,
per stirpes. '

N. I hereby give and bequeath all of my jewelry and personal effects to
my cousin's daughter, JANET PAULSUR.DE, if she survives me.
~ V. I hereby give and bequeath my Swiss Hermes typewriter to EDWAR.D

~ J. FENTON, Delray Beach, Florida, if he survives me.

~ VI. I hereby give and bequeath my 1962 Ford Custer Special automobile,
_ identification No. 506? X-1173 to J. WILLIAM GORDON, Delray Beach, Florida,
