VII. I hereby give arid bequeath the sum of One Thousand and 00/100
($1, 000.00) Dollars to JOHN G06NELL, Delray Beach, F'lorida, IN TRUST
NEYERTHELESS, upon the follawing uses and terms:
1. The Trustee shall use said sum of One Thousand and 00/100
($1, 000.00) Dollars for the education of his daughter, CAROL G06NELL, if
she survives me. ~
2. In the everrt the trust has not been used for the education of
CAROL G06NELL and she has attained the age of twerrty-one (21) years, the
w
sum remaining in the trust shall be distributed to CAROL G06NELL, and this
trust shall terminate. ~
VIII. I hereby give, devise and bequeath all my residual estate and
property, including all property of which I shall die seized and possessed, and
all property to whi.ch-I shall be otherwise entitled at the time of my decease, of
whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situated, be it real, personal or
~ mixed, to my cousin's son, ALBIN PETERSON, JR., per stirpes.
IX. I hereby nominate and appoint the FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF
DELRAY BEACH, Delray Beach, Florida, as Executor of this, my Last Will
and Testament. I direct that no bond or security of any kind be required in any
jurisdiction of my said Executor, its substitutes or successors, the same being
' specifically waived hereby.
X. In addition to the powers given them by the laws of the State of Florida,
~ I authorize my E~cecutor, its successors or substitutes, and each of them to have

~ the following powers and discretions, as, in the unrestricted judgment of my said

; personal representative, is deemed advisable for the better management and

preservation of my estate, without resort to any person or court for further
authori~y; to sell any of the property in my estate, real or personal, for cash
or vn such other terms as may seem advisable; to borrow money and to make
such pledges and mortgages in connection therewith as may be reasonably
necessary; to hold my said estate in the form uf cash, free from any liability
; for failure to convert such cash into productive investmeirts; to make distributions
