ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
This cause having come on before this Court upon the Petition of the
FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF DELRAY BEACH, Delray Beach, Florida, as
E~cecutor of the Estate of CARMEN S. J. BLAKE, and the Court having
determined that it is in the best interest of the Estate that certain asaets
of the Estate be sold in order to pay the debts of decedent, costs of
administration and provide for full.distr~.iution to the heirs with the
exception of Christopher Glutting who is waiving his right to his specific
d evis e und er the Will of the b elaw r ealty in ord er that the ~ other heire und er
the Will will not be penalized, that the best intere~t of the Estate will be
served by a sa~e of the property at a private sale and that the sale should
be for the sum of $7, 200.00 cash, it therefor is
~ ORDERID AND ADJUDGID that the FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF
DELRAY BEACH, as ~ecutor of the Estate of CARMEN S. J. BLAKE, is
authorized to s ell: ~
Lats 19, 20, 21, 22, Block 418, Port St. Lucie Section 3,
~ according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12
at Page 13-D of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
