The East 250 feet of the following described property, to wit:
The South 178.2 feet of Gove~cment I.ot 1, Section 26, Township 35 South • ,
Ranqe 40 East, with riparian rights, subject to a 30 foot right of way
for Indian River Drive, and subject to the right of way of Florida East `
Coast Railway, exceptinq therefrom, however, the following described
tract, to wit: ~
Begin at the S8 corner.of Government Lot 1, Section 26, Township "s5 South,
Range 40 East, at the water's edqe of Indian River; thence run West along
the South line of said Government Lot 1 to the SW corner of said Lot 1;
thence North along the West line of said Government Lot 1, a distance of
82.b feet; thence E parallel with the South line of said Govern~ent Lot
1, to a certain concrete monument located about 5 feet South of South
corner-of a certain sheet iron shed; thence in an E-NEIy direction a
distance of 136.1 feet to a concrete monument located vn the West line of
Indian River Drive, which point is 100 feet N-NWly from the intersection
of the S line of said Government Lot 1 and the W line of Indian River
Drive (said 100 ft. measured along the W line of said Indian River Drive); fi
thence E parallel with the South line of said Government Lot l, a distance
of 175 feet, more or less, to the waters edge of the Indian River; thence
S-SEly, along the water's edge of Indian River to the point of beginninq;
with riparian rights, subject to a 30 foot right of way for Indian River
Drive, and subject to the right of way of Florida East Coast Railway.
