The East 250 feet of the following described property, to-wit:
The South 178. 2 feet of Government Lot 1, Section 26, Township 35
South, Range 40 East, with riparian rights, subject to a 30 foot right-
of way for Indian River Drive, and subject to the right-of-way of Florida
East-Coast Railway, excepting therefrom, however, the following des-
cribed tract, to-wit:
Begin at the SE Corner of Government Lot 1, Section 26, Township .
35 South, Range 44 East, at the water's edge of Indian River; thence
rna West along the South line of said Government Lot 1 to the S~~' coraer
of said Lot 1; thence North along the West line o£ said Government Lot 1,
a distance of 82. 6 feet; thence East parallel with the South line of said
Government Lot 1, to a certain concrete monument located about 5 feet -
South of South corner of a certain sheet iron shed; thence in an E-NEly
~ direction a distance of 136. 1 feet to a concrete monument located on the
«`est line of indian P.iver Drive, which point is 100 feet N-N«~ly from the
- Intersection of the South line of said Government Lot 1 and the tiVest line
of Indian River Drive (said 100 feet measured along the West line of ~Indian
River Drive); thence East parallel with the South line of said Government
Lot 1, a distance of 175 feet, more or less, to the water's edge of the Indiaa
River; thence S-SEly, along the water's edge of Indian River, to the Point
of ~eginning. -
