This cause having been stipulated to and the stipulation herein filed, it is upon
CONSIDERATION, ORDERED AND ADJLDGED as follows:
1. That a judgment is entered in favor of the Plaintiff against the Defendant in the sum of
SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY-THREE DOLLARS & FORTY-SIX CENTS (5743.46),
plus TWENTY-SIX DOLLARS ~526.00) _ .
2. Execution will not issue if the terms of the stipulation are kept by the Defendant.

3. Upon application to this Coart by affida~it, the Plaintiff shall be entitled to a~'Vrit of
Execution when the Defendant fails to comply with the terms of the stipulation.
4. Upon pa~~ment in full, the Plaintiff is ordered to notify this Court of the completion of
tiie terms of the stipulation and he shall erecute a Satisfaction of Judgment as evidence
of the satisfaction of the debt.
