This cause having come on for final hearing and final judgment, and it appearing from the testimony to the
Court that the goods described in the complaint was wrongfully deta+r~ed by the Defendant, and the same has
been detivered to the Plaintiff by the Officer who executed the replevy writ, and the Plaintiff having waived
its claim for damages caused by said detention and moved the Court for the entry of a final judgment and the
cancellation of its replevin bond, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is tF?ereupon,
Considered, Ordered and Adjudged by the Court as follows:
1. That finat judgmenf be and ihe same is hereby entered in favw of the above named Plaintiff, and
against the above named Defendant for its costs of suit now and herein taxed at T~IIRTY - ONE DOLL~RS
~$31.~~~ and that the Plaintiff do have and recover the same of and from the Defendant and for which
let execution issue.
2. That the Plaintiff's Repfevin 8ond be and the same is hereby cancelled, and that the Plaintiff and ifs
