FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 2nd day of August, 1973,
and the Court, having qiven full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
should be dissolved, it is, thereupon, ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLiTPION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between AARON
MELTON and REDETHA ANN MELTON be, and it is her , dissolved, and that
the parties, and each of them, are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom. •
2. CUSTODY. Custody of AARON CRAIG MELTON, minor child of :
the parties hereto is hereby awarded to REDETHA ANN MELTON, with
~ reasonable visitation rights reserved to AARON MELTOI~. ;

; 3. SUPPORT. Commencing on the 3rd day of August, 1973,

~ AARON MELTON~shall pay to REDETHA ANN MELTQN, the sum of Twenty-five ,

Dollars ($25.00) per week for the support of the minor child named,

x in accordance with the Agreement between the parties, said payments ;

to be made directly to REDETHA ANN MELTON.

4. PROPERTY. The property settlement Agreement admitted

~ and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
