KNOW ALL MEN BY TNESE PRESEMTS: '
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa- ~
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
naw the awner and holder by assignment of the follawing mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Basiness Trust, sec~ring
E5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Publfc Records of St. Lucie Coun~y, Florida,
encunbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, i972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.D0 and ~
also encur~bering other lands in P~lk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official R'~cord
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Rublic Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as farther amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tio~ and Extension Agreement, dated J.une 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
, WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release thE property hereinafter described, being a
. part of the mortgaged premises, from the iien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, TNEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of Two Hundred Thi'rtv Three Thousand

does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge frorn the
. lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
