This cause having come on before this Court upon the petition of William Davidson Stark, III, as the sole surviving executor of the Estate of Evelyn McCarty Stark Thompson, Deceased, (Randolph H. Thompson, co-executor, having died on August 1, 1971, in Jacksonville, Duval County, s~ - Florida), and the Court having determined that it is in the best interest of ; the estate that certain assets of the estate be sold in order to provide funds for the payment of estate taxes and administration expenses, that the best interest of the estate will be served by a sale of the following described property, lying and being situate in the City of Fvrt Pierce, County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, more particular~y described as: That part lying East of South Indian River Drive of Lot 2 of Block "A" of Richards and Andrews Resubdivision of Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6(East of F. E. C. Railway) of Tyler's ~ Subdivision of Lot 4, Section 10, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, according to survey and map made by J.O. ~'ryers, County Surveyor of Brevard County and recorded in Plat Book 1, page 191, of the records of St. Lucie County, Florida, s aid map showing Richards and !
