County, Florida, and after being first duly sWOrn by me, the undersigned office
authorized to take ackno~rledgments snd administer oaths, s~}rs:
1. That the above property ~ras a part of a Separation Agreement
between Louise S. ~ieZton, former jrife of the undersigned, and the undersigned,
BERLIE 0. MELTON.

2. That consistent ~rith thE Agreement of the abovesaid parties,
in the deed dated September l, 1964 and recorded September 30, 19b4 in O.R.

property to BERLIE 0. MELTON and that the reference to LOUIS S. MELTOft vas in
fact LOUISE S. NIELTON, the said foYmer ~rife of BERLIE 0. MELTON, with the said
deed of conveyance Quit-claiming her rights to the undersigned af`ter the date
o#' the divorce of October 5, ~963.
