' FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial this date and the Court having
given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and deter-
mines: this Court has jurisdictian of the parties and the subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the ~,arties, and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is,
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ;
1. The marriage between the Husband, LARRY BRENT JONES,
azd the Wife, BEVERLY ANN JONES, be and the same is hereby dis-
solved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and

' from the obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. Custody of SUSETTE C. JONES, WILLIE L. JONES and

` ALICE V. JONES, minir children of the.parties, is hereby awarded
to the wife, BEVERLY ANN JONES, with reasonable visitation rights
reserved to the Husband, LARRY BRENT JONES. The Husband, LARRY
BRENT JONES, shall have tl~e three minor children above named in
' his custody and control on the first and third Sundays of each

: month commencing August 19, 1973, from 8:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m,

on the same day. The Ausband shall be responsible for picking ~
