the said minor children to the residence of the Wife. The
Husband shall be responsible for and pay all transportation costs
incurred in having the minor children visit and be with him.
3. Commencing August~l0, 1973, the Husband, LARRY
BRENT JONES, shall pay to the Wife, BEVERLY A~1N JONES, the sum
of $35.00 each and every week for the support and maintenance of
the three minor children. All payments shall be made to the Clerk
of the above entitled Court and by him remitted promptly to the
Wife. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $l.Op as
statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All
payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court
advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
while this order is in effect.
~ 4. The Wife, BEVERLY ANN JONES, has the right to
remove from the marital dwelling now occuped by the Husband
~ located at Remilu Ranch all of the furniture and furnishings
located therein; that in the event all of said furniture is not
paid for the Husband shall be responsible for and pay any deferred

; bala~ces thereon whether by retain title contract or mortgage,

` and save the Wife harmless therefrom.

~ 5. The Court determines the total sum of $300 to be

; reasonable for the Wife's attorney for his services herein and
the Husband, LARRY BRENT JONES, is ordered to~pay Errol S. Wi1Zes

: of Willes, Bittan & Willes said sum, together with costs herein

' assessed at $58.00.
