ORDER ON CUSTODY
This cause coming to be heard upon Stipul.ation by and between
the parties hereto, and their respective counseZ of record, and
the Court being fully advised in the premises,
1. That the Husband may have the temporary custody of the
minor child, Vickie Ann Carter, from July 12, 1973 from 8:00 a.m.
until July 28, 1973, at 5:00 p.m.
2. The Husband shall pick up the minor child, Vickie Ann
Carter, at 8:00 a.m. on July 12, 1973 at the residence of the
Wife, Roberta Carter, in Kissimmee, Florida and shall return the
minor child aforenamed to the residence of the Wife in Kissimmee,
Florida, by 5:00 p.m, on July 28, 1973.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this day of
