S~iEDULE A.
All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate in Fort Pierce,
in St. Lucie County, State of Floricla, and more particularly described
as follows: l~eginning at t?~t~ point farmed by tlie intersection of the
northern li~e of Avenue A, formerly Palmetto Avenue, and the western
line of North Fourth Street, also known as U. S. Route No. l, and
whicfi point is 5.6 feet distant in a westerly direction from the south-
east corner of Block t•i of Uittmar and McCarty's Reviaion of their
Re-subdivision, as survey~d by J. C. Fries in March, 1905, and re-
corded in Plat Book No. l, at page 3, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Floridaf thence runninq in a northerly direction with
the western line of said Morth Fourtli Street, as now located, 140
feet to a point; thence running c~esterly, parallel with the northern
line of said Avenue A, 109.4 feet to a point; thence running southerly,
parallel with the westcrn line of said ~Iorth Fourth Street, 140 feet
to a point in the northern line of said Avenue A, and then running
easterly along the northern line of said Avenue A, 109.4 feet to the
~lace of beginning.
TOGETHFR with strips and gores, if any. ~
The Easterly 10 feet of the North 45 feet of the South 140 feett~of ,
Block M of Aaron Lee's 1?lap of Fort Pierce according to plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 189, St. Lucfe County Public Records,
included in the within conveyance, were conveyed to the State of
Florida by Rosa D. Parr by Deed dated J~~r~e 17, 1947, recorded in
Deed Book 138 at page 359, for highway widening purposes. Title
thereto inured and reverted unto Sinclair Refinfng Companq by reason
of abandonment, discontinuance and non-use"of said 10-ft. strip for
such purposes.
