BOURN, Husband ) FINAL JUDGI~NT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~ This cause came on for trial this date and the Court, having given full cons3deration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJ1A?GED as follows : l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between SHIRLEY LaWE BOURN and JAMES D. BOURN be ancl the sam~e is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. i 2. ALIMONY. Corm~encing the 13th day of August, 1973, JAMES ~ D. BOURN shall pay to SHIRLEY L(I~VE BOURN, the sum of Seventy-Five ; Dollars ($75.00) each and every week for eighty (SO) weeks, as reha- ~ - f ; bilitative alirrpny. F ~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court f - ` and by him remitted promptly to SHIRLEY LOiWE BOURN; in addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added 4 ; to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in ~ cash, money order or cashier's cheek.
