FINAL JUDGMENT
DISS4LUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial on August 1, 1973 and the
Court, having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between JACK L. McGO~WAN and NANCY D.
McGOoWAN be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
,
therefrom.
; 2. Custody of AUDRAY SCOTT McGOWAN, minor child af the

; parties, is hereby awarded to NANCY D. McGaInTAN, with reasonable

' visitation rights reserved to JACK L, McGOWAN. In addition, the

; Husband, JACK L. McGOoWAN, shall have the right to have the minor
child be and visit with him each Thursday afternoon of each week
commencing August 9, 1973 from two p.m. until six p~.m., and on
~
one weekend of each month commencing at six p.m. on Friday until
six p.m. the following Sunday. In addition thereto, the said
