child visit and be with him each Christmas holiday from December
26 at nine a.m. until January 1 at six p.m., being the last week
o~ the Christmas holidays. ~
_ •3. Commencing Wednesday, August 1, 1973, JACK L.
McGOWAN shall pay to NANCY D. McGdhTAN, the sum of One 8undred
Dollars ($100.00) each and every week for.the support of the
minor child above named.
4. That JACK L. McGdf~TAN shall pay to NANCY D. McGOhTAN
the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) as a lump sum
alimony award in the manner following: Two Hundred Fifty Dollars
($250.00) on the tenth day of August, 1973, and Two Hundred_Fifty

Dollars ($250.00) on the tenth day of each month thereafter until
the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) has been paid by the
said JACK L. McGOWAN to NANCY D. McGadAN. .
5. That the wife, NANCY D. McGaWAN, and the minor
child, AUDRAY SCOTT McGOWAN, shall have the full use and enjoy-

ment of the dwelling located at 756 Altura Street, River Park,
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, together with the furniture
and furnishings now located therein until the said minor child,
AUDRAY SCOTT MeGOWAN, becomes of age, finishes her education or
marries, whichever occur.s first. The Husband, JACK L. McGOiWAN,

~ shall make the monthly mortgage installment payments on the above
described home and property, as well as pay the taxes and insur-

ance when the same become due and before any of the payments
become delinquent. The Husband, JACK L. McGO~WAN, shall be
responsible for any major repairs or alterations to the above
described dwelling, provided his approval and consent for such
~ repairs or alterations is obtained prior thereto, by NANCY D.
