is herehy enjoined and restrained from filing a suit to partition
the above described real property so long as the minor child,
AUDRAY SCOTT McGOWAN, and the said NANCY D. McGOiWANare residing
in the dwelling on the above described property, subject however,
to further order of this Court.
6. ~e Court determines the sum of Two Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) to be reasonable for the Wife's ~
attorney for his services herein and the said JACK L. MeGdNTAN is
ordered to pay Willes, Bittan & Willes s~id sum together with
costs herein assessed at $55.04..
7. The Husband, JACK I,. McGaWAN, shall return to the
Wife the following personal property removed from the marital
dwelling prior to the finalhearinq in this cause, to-wit: china,
glassware, portable T-V, tape player and lamp, and such of the
books, records, pictures, movie camera and projector as are
agreed upon, within ten days from the date of this Final Judgment.
8. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
