AMENDMENT TO MORTGAGE
WHEREAS, AQUA RABELLA, INC. , a Florida corporation, gave
a mortgage to the Jensen Beach Bank, a Florida banking corporation, said

mortgage being dated 15 March, 1973 and recorded on 27 March, 1973, in
C)fficial Records Book 212, Page 1061, St. Lucie County, Florida, public ~

records, and
WHEREAS, said mortgage was securing a note of even date in '
the amount of $172, 500. 00, payable on or before August 15, 1973, and,
WHEREAS the parties are desirous of extending the time for
payment under said note.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties, for and in consideration of
One Dollar ($1. 00) and other valuable considerations paid to the Jensen
Beach Bank, do hereby amend the said note to be payable on or before
15 November, 1973. ~ ~

IN ALL OTHER RESPECTS, said rnortgage and note are hereby ~
